Here are the primary updates of Release W6 of Pipeline Medical:
1. Enhanced and Realtime Stock Status
Check for stock status & prices for Medline products in real time.
This feature automatically displays product status based on the location of your primary warehouse.
2. In-cart view of backordered items
On Medline products, if the quantity you order is greater than the quantity available at the warehouse, you’ll be notified in real time, allowing you to choose a substitute for that item.
2a. One-click Substitutions
A single “select all” box option allows you to indicate that you will accept alternatives for all the items in your cart.
3. Video tutorials
Refresh your memory or train new staff on using the Pipeline Medical website and its various features through these training videos. Keep an eye out for new updates. Faster site with uniform image sizes – The site will load faster and product images, where available, will be uniform in size. A cleaner, richer, and quicker shopping experience.
4. Infinite scroll
You’ll be able to continue browsing your searches and product categories without having to click onto the next page with the automatic scrolling feature.
5. Improved access to order details
View details of your order by clicking on the order number from the homepage and the order history page. Invoices, if any, will be displayed at the bottom of the page and may be printed for your convenience.
