Our prices are negotiated directly with multiple manufacturers and distributors; such agreements do not allow us to publish price lists. Additionally, we do not change our prices. We conduct a pricing analysis of your inventory to show you how Pipeline Medical’s prices compare to your current prices – once you sign up you won’t see fluctuations in price either. Usually 15 items are all that is needed to see the magnitude of your savings.
Absolutely. Pipeline Medical is built on referrals from existing customers. We are happy to help any medical practice achieve the savings our existing clients realize with each order. To show our appreciation for your referral, we will provide you with a 5% credit on your order following the referred client’s first order placement.

- Pipeline Medical has negotiated contracts with distributors and manufactures to create a price “ceiling”. This regulates the product’s marked up amount from the GPO price (floor). This ensures you are receiving the lowest amount possible at a fair price. This type of contract does not exist if you buy from distributors or manufactures directly.
- All customers pay the same price for each product item. Always. There is zero price manipulation. This helps keep Pipeline accountable to ensure we are not raising our prices, or lowering a price to “win” customers over.
- We do not have an outside sales team, and pass the savings to you. Our team is staffed at our headquarters and works hard to provide you the best in customer service and support.
- Pipeline is able to sell and recommend multiple distributors and manufactures through our Pipeline Medical website.
No, we are neither. We have partnered with a GPO to help manage our contract portfolio and national distributors. We are an aggregated buying group and negotiate prices based off our customers’ spending. This allows us to commit to higher contract tiers and greater volumes, giving us the ability to offer a lower price “floor” (this is the price we’ve negotiated with the GPO and manufacturer; since we can commit to a high volume, our price floor is lower than what most companies can get on their own) and price “ceiling” (this is another negotiated contract that regulates the amount distributors can charge and change the cost of the products; without this, the pricing on a product is subject to fluctuations) than what practices are able to achieve independently.
