As a Customer Service Representative, you will quickly and independently become an expert in the workflows of the organization. Your ability to view each challenge through the lens of the customer, suppliers and employee will be crucial for your success. You will be the front line and voice of the company.
You will work directly with our customers, account managers and sales team in supporting customer inquires, order fulfillment, returns, and product requests. You’ll be responsible for inbound phone and inbound chats from our customers. Working directly with our account managers and sales team you’ll assist the setup and transition of new accounts through the entire sales cycle.
