How do I set up a new account?
Simply register online and submit your DEA and State Medical Licenses. You’ll have full access to exclusive pricing and product catalog after a regulatory waiting period of 30 to 45 days. While you wait, you can already start to place orders for medical aesthetics, weight loss products, compounded products, and a limited selection of medical surgical supplies and pharmaceuticals.
Where can I find my username and password?
After you register, you’ll receive an email with your login details sent from info@pipelinemedical.com (check your spam folder if you can’t find it). You can change your password once logged in. Forgot your password? Click “Forgot Password” on the login page to reset it.
How do I place an order?
Sign in to place an order. Ordering with us is easy. Shop online 24/7 and check out in seconds. Prefer the personal touch? Your dedicated account manager can assist with orders and sourcing. For ongoing needs, you can use our auto-reorder option.
What is the minimum order requirement?
There are no minimums on most of our products. Some items may require you to purchase a box for quality and cost efficiency.

How long does it take for my product to arrive?
Your order will arrive via one of our trusted carriers within 1-2 business days. Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow up quickly.
Returns, Refunds & Warranties
What is the return policy?
Most items can be returned within 60 days of delivery with authorization, as long as they are unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours with photos. Returns within 0–30 days are subject to approval. Returns made between 31–60 days will incur a fee of either $25 or 20% of the return value, whichever is greater. Returns are not accepted after 60 days. Some items, including drop-ship products, special orders, and injectables, are non-returnable.

The manufacturer sets warranty coverage. As a procurement partner, we facilitate access to these warranties but do not offer additional coverage.
