Bookkeeper

About This Job:

We are looking for a highly motivated bookkeeper with great attention to detail who enjoys being part of a team but is able to work efficiently independently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Entering financial transactions
  • Documenting transaction details
  • Handling Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
    • Manage the processing of all invoices 
    • Reconcile statements of accounts with various vendors
  • Produce reports as needed
  • Fact-checking accounting
  • Notifying senior staff of accounting errors
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a bookkeeper or similar position
  • Strong experience in QuickBooks
  • Ability to work with a high volume of invoices
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Strong communication skills: listening, verbal, and written
  • Superior organization skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work independently, with little oversight, with accountability for accurate and complete result
